In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an input error, we will notify you of the correct price and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Goods, issue a refund.
We accept payment by most major recognised card companies.
Your Payment Card is debited at the time of placing your order.
We shall not process any orders until we receive confirmation of payment.
All payments are transacted through our secured payment provider Sagepay.
Availability of Stock
The schoolwear products we supply are bespoke and are made to order. Garments may be supplied in a special colour or design across a range of sizes and lengths and are personalised with your school badge as required. This is a complex process and on occasions may result in a delay or non-availability of some schoolwear garments.
Information regarding stock availability will be posted onto the web page for your school advising you of shortages or unforeseen delays. In some circumstances we may contact you by telephone or email to discuss your order details.
On occasions we reserve the right to remove garments for sale and no further orders can be placed.
All orders are subject to availability of stock at the time of placing your order.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
We aim to deliver orders within 21 working days of you placing your order subject to our terms on availability of stock.
All orders received are made to order as we embroider or print the school logo as required.We aim to deliver all orders to
mainland addresses within 21 working days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your School order. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from the courier with instructions about delivery this email will also include a tracking number. Please refer to this Email and click on the relevant link then enter your tracking number if requested.Our preferred delivery company will call to arrange a suitable time for delivery. If unsuccessful when attempting delivery the courier company will leave you a card with a number for you to call and arrange an appropriate time for a second delivery. After the second failed attempt your order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise. We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order within 21 working days of your order and you may agree an alternative delivery period. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
You’re Right to Cancel
You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days following the day on which you receive your order and receive a full refund.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Please note that no refund will be given for return postage.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you wish to return any item that you have purchased from us, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
To enable us to handle your return as quickly as possible, please follow the simple instructions below: 1. Return the item sending us a note detailing the reason for the return and include your order number. Please also include your Email address.2. 3. It is recommended that when you return the parcel please obtain a proof of posting receipt or use an insured delivery service. Logoxpres Ltd cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive without a proof of postage.

We will notify you via Email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 7 working days from receipt of the returned item.
Wrongly Delivered, Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive items which are damaged or defective or not what you ordered, we shall replace or repair the goods, or refund the amount you paid for the items. You are required to notify us of the problem by Email at email@example.com within 5 working days of delivery of the goods. We will make arrangements for the collection of the damaged, defective or wrongly issued garments. There will be no delivery charge to you for resending damaged or wrong goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.
