We aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland addresses within 21 working days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your School order. We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from the courier with instructions about delivery. This email will also include a tracking number. Please refer to this email and click on the relevant link then enter your tracking number if requested.

Our preferred delivery company will call to arrange a suitable time for delivery. If unsuccessful when attempting delivery the courier company will leave you a card with a number for you to call and arrange an appropriate time for a second delivery. After the second failed attempt your order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order within 21 working days of your order and you may agree an alternative delivery period. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days following the day on which you receive your order and receive a full refund.

You must inform us by email of your cancellation of the order at sales@logoxpres.co.uk

Goods must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Please note that no refund will be given for return postage.
